I suppose it's a matter of getting the website that you're using to respect and enable accessibility options for the disabled. If I didn't have a hand on my mouse I'd be out of luck.
If you design a website yourself and you can't access it using your voice, well then I guess that means you've got some work ahead of you. But getting other websites that you might use to enable accessibility options (like standard tab numbering for voice controls and speakable element names for your input fields) may be more work than it's worth.
Mastering the modality of voice commands is also difficult.
You have to channel your impulse to move. Instead, you have to think about describing the action with your voice using a command that Dragon understands in order to accomplish what you need to do without a mouse and keyboard.
I think that if we can get past the difficulty of simultaneously entering content, while commanding different functions to be applied to the content, this will really prove to be an amazing way to use a computer.
