plain old google
Information Science | Clustering | Documents | Search Strategies | VisualizationThis visualiz* "document cluster*" Google search produced 28 hits.
This may be my best google search yet.
I thought about 12 were worth exploring further, and about 8 resulted in downloaded documents/articles.
Also searched Google Scholar for Normalizing Document Cluster Evaluation Results and found several (about 6) interesting articles.
This, in turn, turned me onto a SpringerLink resource.
Searching SpringerLink for
visualiz* AND document AND cluster* produced 2722 results.
And a search on ACM for "the cluster hypothesis" netted 165 of 1,097,897 documents.
Refined it to "the cluster hypothesis" +the +cluster +hypothesis -gene* and found only 7 articles.
I found a bunch of OLD information retrieval documents that introduce or discuss the notion of document clustering, and 'the cluster hypothesis' so I did some digging there.
Came up empty on a 2000 PhD thesis out of N texas, but otherwise got some good stuff.
